Privacy Policy
Nobiajtae Capital Inmobiliario S.A.S., holder of tax ID (RUC) 1793612480001 and domiciled in Quito, Ecuador (hereinafter “Nobiajtae” or “we”), respects the privacy of users of nobiajtae.com. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, with whom we share it and how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with Ecuador’s Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP, Official Registry Supplement 459 of 26 May 2021) and its regulations.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Nobiajtae Capital Inmobiliario S.A.S., domiciled at Av. Naciones Unidas E7-95, Edificio Metropolitan, floor 8, office 802, Quito 170135, Ecuador. Data protection officer contact: dpo@nobiajtae.com.
2. Data we process
We process: (i) identification data (name, ID card or passport number); (ii) contact data (email, phone, city); (iii) financial data required for KYC checks; (iv) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) collected via cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (a) deliver the guide and communications you request; (b) comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules; (c) operate and improve the website; (d) build aggregated statistics; (e) handle enquiries and complaints.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is the free, informed and specific consent you grant by submitting the form, together with compliance with legal obligations under anti-money-laundering, tax and securities-market rules of Ecuador.
5. Recipients
We only share your data with: (i) technology providers acting as data processors under contract; (ii) competent Ecuadorian authorities when legally required (UAFE, SRI, Superintendency of Companies); (iii) external auditors bound by professional secrecy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Retention
We keep subscription data while you maintain an active relationship with Nobiajtae and up to five years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is legally required (for example seven years for anti-money-laundering purposes).
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, erasure, objection, portability and limitation set out in the LOPDP by writing to dpo@nobiajtae.com with a copy of your ID. You may also file a complaint with the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
8. International transfers
Some of our technology providers are located outside Ecuador. In those cases we require contractual clauses that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the LOPDP.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption across the site, access control, event logging, annual penetration testing and ongoing team training.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be available at nobiajtae.com/en/privacy or /ec/privacidad with its update date.
